The Interactive Workshop on Data & AI was successfully conducted on 21 April at Menara Prudential BSN Takaful, TRX, Kuala Lumpur. The workshop was facilitated by Dr Hasan, Dr Afif, and Dr Aimi, with participation from 22 professionals across different industries in an interactive learning environment.
This workshop focused on the practical use of AI and automation in the workplace, with emphasis on Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and workflow automation. The objective was to demonstrate how these technologies can improve productivity, enhance collaboration, and streamline daily operations.
